Cresa Atlanta’s David Rubenstein Receives 2011 CoStar Power Broker Award

 

ATLANTA, GA. – April 10, 2012 - Cresa Atlanta is pleased to announce that David J. Rubenstein, Principal, has been named a 2011 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group, commercial real estate’s leading independent research firm. This annual award recognizes distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective markets.

Rubenstein qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in metro Atlanta based on the total leasing transactions he closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, he was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the Atlanta region by CoStar Group, and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.

Significant transactions closed by Rubenstein in 2011 included: City of Sandy Springs, Berman Fink Van Horn PC, Document Technologies, GEMU Valves, Roark Capital Group, Given Imaging, Safco Products and Augme Technologies.
